When I opened the gallery yesterday this LO grabbed my attention straight away and just knew it had to be featured for our LO of the week!!! I just love all the elements and layers it really gives the page alot of depth and gives you plenty to look at. The sepia tone on the photo really blends in well with the color theme used on the page.

CathyAnn has generously offered a mini kit to help you be inspired by her Artist challenge!

This challenge is to create a get well soon or best wishes card for Crystals (CLD’s co-owner) Dad John. He is also my b/f’s Dad. I have known John for close to 9 years and he is a huge part of my life.

We received some sad news this week that John was diagnosed with Leukemia. He is currently in hospital receiving treatment and seeing as he isnt allowed flowers or plants for gifts due to the bacteria they may carry we are able to put cards and pictures up on his wall to cheer him up, hence the idea for this challenge.

For every card that is created for John I will print out and put up on his wall, Im sure he would be very happy to know that you have helped in cheering him up.
